trg after sch. today is always ti neng. Jason is the 'jiao lian' when jiao lian not ard. run ard the whole sch. haha. not so tired. but sweat alot. haha. den did de grp push ups. very fun n tired. den did basics. den nearin the end of the trg. everybody go serve the ball. den i go try to train my basics. got hit on my face THREE TIMES lo! walao i depend for my face for a livin de hor.
