today for those who were stayin in tampines should know it rained damn heavily. haha. and tampines changkat was trainin under that rain.

i realise something today. now i know y tampines changkat is so strong. we are bonded together. we laugh, we sad, we pain, we suffer together. we go thru lots of challeges together. we are all bonded together. we got de understandin there. when we were one goal down in a match. we dont blame each other. we give all our best. even if we lose. we will still laugh and make jokes. and today. it rained so heavily. all of us told de coach. play only la. see. this is not lik any of the teams i be in.

and i compared this to our vball b boys this year. i know y we cant be strong. we are just lik a plate of scattered sand. not together. we dont have de understandin. we are just not there yet. if one day we were to be lik tampines changkat. we will be the best.

b boys this year are just not together. some of them slack durin trg, some dont put in effort in de trg, some reluctant to come for trg, all this adds up to an incomplete team.

i dont believe teams lik st hildas. they got talented players so wad?! its the teamwork and understandin and whether we give our best shot at it.
example is man u vs sunderland. sunderland gave all their best n draw.

i was thinkin of tellin this to de b boys. but some of them might just say. ' who is this guy, he come in a few weeks only, wan to say things lik this.'
